25 March 2011 LC Corp SA have signed an agreement to purchase another plot of land for the construction of Wroclaw.

It is located on the street in the area of Maślice Small. Its area has 18,578 sq. m.
At the low part of the rise, 3 storey multi-family buildings with an area of 5100 sq. m. residential and terraced houses.

Predictable useful surface of the housing estimate of the total investment is approximately 9,000 sq. m. An undoubted advantage of future investment is a large amount of green areas and recreational facilities.

Currently, design work are taking place . Planned start of construction – this fall of 2011.
