Change of Periodic Report Disclosure Date
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”) informs that the consolidated quarterly report for the 3Q of 2017, which was scheduled for public disclosure on 15 November 2017 (Current Report No. 10/2017 of 30 January 2017), will be disclosed to the public on 13 November 2017.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering, on Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies (J.L. No. 184, item 1539 of 2005, as amended) in conjunction with Section 103(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent (J.L. of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
