Change of Publication Date for 2020 Separate Annual Report and 2020 Consolidated Annual Report
Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering- current and periodic information
With reference to the Current Report no. 2/2021 and 14/2021 of 13 January 2021 and 18 March 2021 respectively, the Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform that a date of publication of the Issuer’s separate annual report and consolidated annual report for the financial year ending 2020 has been changed. The publication date for the aforesaid reports was originally fixed in the Current Report no. 14/2021 for 02 April 2021. A new date of publication of both reports has been rescheduled for 08 April 2021.
Other publication dates for periodic reports in 2021 remain unchanged.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended) in connection with Section 80(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent.
