Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2018
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on public offering - current and periodic information
1. Separate annual report for 2017 – 21 March 2018.
2. Consolidated annual report for 2017 – 21 March 2018.
3. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2018 – 15 May 2018.
4. Consolidated semi-annual report for Q1 2018 – 7 September 2018.
5. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2018 – 15 November 2018.
The Issuer also informs about its resignation from the publication of a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2017 and consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2018 pursuant to Art. 101.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (hereinafter: the Regulation).
In addition, pursuant to Art. 83.1 and 3 of the Regulation, the Issuer hereby informs that the consolidated quarterly reports and the semi-annual report will include, respectively, quarterly and semi-annual condensed separate financial statements. The Issuer will not disclose individual separate quarterly reports and an individual separate semi-annual report.
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended), in connection with Art. 103.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended).
