Dismissal of all the existing Members of the Supervisory Council
Legal basis: Art. 56 item 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (“Issuer”), in compliance with §5 item 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on consideration as equivalent the information required by law of the countries outside the EU (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259), informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Issuer’s Shareholders of 19 October 2017 dismissed the following persons from the composition of Supervisory Board of the Issuer: Ms. Joanna Gransort, Mr. Michał Hulbój, Mr. Grzegorz Korczyński and Mr. Paweł Małyska, that is, all the existing Members fulfilling their functions as of 19 October 2017, namely, as of the day of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Issuer’s Shareholders.
