Information about Number of Premises Sold and Delivered by Develia Group Companies in 1H 2020
Legal basis: Article 17(1) of MAR - inside information
The Management Board of Develia S.A. (“the Issuer”) inform about premises sold and delivered by companies of the Develia Group in 1H 2020:
I. 1H 2020 saw the sale of 423 premises – under development and preliminary agreements in the form of notarial deeds (residential premises, upon having obtained certificates of occupancy, and retail premises; in 1H 2019, it was 618 units) excluding agreements terminated.
Furthermore, Develia Group Companies entered into 315 reservation agreements that are expected to convert into development agreements in the subsequent period.
II. Delivered premises (final sales agreements) which will be recognised in the results for 1H 2020 – 482 (in 1H 2019 – 1,673).
This information, according to the Issuer’s Management Board, constitutes inside information within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
