Information on Supervisory Board Member’s Resignation
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs that on 12 October 2018 the Issuer received notice of resignation as Member of Supervisory Board of LC Corp S.A., with the registered office in Wrocław, tendered by Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk and effective from 15 October 2018. Mr Krzysztof Kaczmarczyk stated that the resignation was handed in on the grounds of his new professional plans.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended) in connection with Section 5(1)(21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2009, No. 33, item 259 as amended).
