Management Board Member Resigns
Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) reports that today Mr Waldemar Czarnecki resigned from the position of Member of the Issuer's Management Board, effective from August 31st 2010.
Mr Waldemar Czarnecki said he had resigned as he needed to focus on projects other than those relating to LC Corp S.A. Group.
