Registration of LC Corp SA Bearer Bonds by National Depository for Securities

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. reports that – with reference to Current Report No. 16/2011 of April 15th 2011 and Current Report No. 29 of June 9th 2011 – it received an announcement dated June 13th 2011 stating that – by way of Resolution No. 479/11 of the National Depository for Securities adopted on June 1st 2011 – the registration by the National Depository for Securities of 1,000 (one thousand) bearer bonds of LC Corp SA, assigned the code ISIN PLLCCRP00033, will take place on June 14th 2011.

U. of 2005, No. 184 Item 1539, as amended), in connection with Art. 34 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance dated February 19th 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Law – Dz.U. of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended).
