Release Dates of 2019 Interim Reports
Legal basis: Art. 56(1)(2) of the Act on Public Offering- current and periodic information
The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (“the Issuer”) hereby make public the dates of releasing interim reports in 2019:
1. Separate annual report for 2018 – 21/03/2019.
2. Consolidated annual report for 2018 – 21/03/2019.
3. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2019 – 15/05/2019.
4. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2019 – 10/09/2019.
5. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2019 – 14/11/2019.
The Issuer further notifies of its decision to refrain from publishing the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2018 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 of 2019 pursuant to Section 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent (“the Regulation”).
Further, according to Section 62(1) and (3) of the Regulation, the Issuer informs that quarterly and semi-annual consolidated reports will contain quarterly and semi-annual separate condensed financial statements respectively. Consequently, the Issuer will not release individual separate quarterly reports and an individual separate semi-annual report.
Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2)(a) of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments into Organised Trading and on Public Companies (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2005, No. 184, item 1539 as amended) in connection with Section 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and on Conditions for Regarding Information Required by Law of Non-Member State as Equivalent (Dziennik Ustaw [Journal of Laws] of 2018, item 757).
