Schedule for Publication of Periodic Reports in 2011

Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) hereby presents the schedule for publication of its periodic reports in 2011.

1. Non-consolidated annual report for 2010 – March 21^st 2011
2. Consolidated annual report for 2010 – March 21^st 2011
3. Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2011 – May 16^th 2011
4. Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2011 – August 31^st 2011
5. Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2011 – November 14^th 2011.

Concurrently, the Issuer shall not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2010 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2011, pursuant to Art. 102.1 and 101.2, respectively, of the Directive of the Minister of Finance dated February 19^th 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state.

In addition, pursuant to Art. 83 sections 1 and 3 of the Directive, the Issuer reports that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports shall also include non-consolidated (separate) condensed financial statements. Hence, the Issuer will publish neither separate non-consolidated quarterly reports, nor a separate non-consolidated semi-annual report.

Art. 56.1.2 letter ‘a' of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws – Dz.U.of 2005, No. 184, Item 1539, as amended), and in connection with Art. 103.1 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance dated February 19^th 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws – Dz.U.of 2009, No. 33, Item 259, as amended).
