Supervisory Board Member Resigns

The Management Board of LC Corp S.A. (the Issuer) reports that on 24 May 2013, the Issuer received a notification from Mr Ludwik Czarnecki who resigned from the position of Member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, effective from 28 May 2013 i.e. the day the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting was held to approve of LC Corp S.A. results for 2012.
